TERMS OF SERVICE

When purchasing any products or services from me, you automatically agree to these terms. It is your responsibility to read this TOS in it's entirety before any services are rendered.

COMMISSIONS

𓆟 I have the right to refuse services for any reason.𓆟 I do not work with any kind of deadlines. Completion times range anywhere between 1 day and 6 months.𓆟 Payment must be sent in full before any services are rendered. (See payment section)𓆟 Buyer must provide a clear, unshaded, digital reference of the character(s). Written or traditional references will be considered custom design commissions.𓆟 For custom design commissions; I will take inspiration from text descriptions, moodboards, color palettes, etc. I will not work with/base a custom design on copyright characters or someone else's design/artwork.𓆟 Work in progress images will be sent as progress is made. The buyer may request WIP images or updates at any point.𓆟 The buyer may request changes or adjustments when WIP images are sent as well as minimal adjustments once the commission is completed if there is an issue. A commission will not be restarted or reworked once lining has begun.𓆟 Completed commissions may be reposted by the commissioner with credit.𓆟 Do not use my art commercially or for profit.𓆟 Do not remove my watermark from any images for any reason.𓆟 Do not edit, trace, heavily reference, steal, or claim my art as your own. Do not reproduce my art as an NFT or use my art for AI training.

DESIGNS

𓆟 Do not claim my original design as your own.𓆟 Do not edit or alter my original art of a design for any reason.𓆟 When purchasing a premade adoptable from me, the design comes as is.𓆟 You must have a toyhou.se account to own my designs to prevent scamming.𓆟 Do not delete my designs from toyhouse.𓆟 Do not create duplicate profiles of any of my designs. If a design is deleted or duplicated, I will not accept designer credit for the new character profile.𓆟 Do not inflate the value of a design in an attempt to scam potential buyers.𓆟 It is the new buyer's responsibility to make sure they are paying a reasonable amount for a design. I will not settle disputes between 3rd parties involving scamming of any kind. If you believe you have been scammed by another person, it is up to you to pursue action against them.

PAYMENT

𓆟 I accept USD payment via PayPal and KoFi. Specific payment details will be listed when services/products are posted.𓆟 You must be 18+ to purchase from me directly.𓆟 Do not purchase anything from me while unlawfully using another person's credit/debit card, payment service, etc.𓆟 All payments must be sent in full before any services are rendered. Payment must be sent within 24 hours without a payment plan or discussed hold.𓆟 Payment plans must be paid in full within the discussed time period with clear communication regarding payments.𓆟 Refunds for commissions are as follows: Full refunds prior to sketching, 50% refund during sketching, no refunds once sketch has been confirmed and rendering begins. If you need to request a refund, please contact me directly.𓆟 There are no refunds for premade adoptables for any reason.𓆟 If I cancel a service due to personal circumstances, I will refund you in full regardless of progress. If a service is cancelled due to ill behavior by the commissioner, I will refund according to my refund policy.𓆟 If you force a chargeback via PayPal or your bank you will be publicly blacklisted from me. I will pursue further action to restore money that you owe me for any services rendered.

BLACKLIST

𓆟 A customer may be blacklisted for the following: forced chargebacks, scamming me in any way, scamming others using my designs/artwork, stealing my designs/artwork, multiple violations of my TOS, continuous rude/nasty behavior towards me while services are being rendered, and other issues based on my discretion.𓆟 Blacklisted users are not allowed to purchase any services from me, ask another person to purchase services from me for them, or obtain any designs by me directly or secondhand. Blacklisted users may keep my designs that they currently own but it is strongly encouraged for them to sell/trade the design(s).𓆟 Assisting a blacklisted user to evade my TOS will result in a blacklisting for that person as well.
